PCIM Europe 2026 once again brought together the leading players in power electronics, intelligent motion, renewable energy and energy management in Nuremberg, Germany, from June 9th to 11th. For Synov Group, this year’s edition held particular significance as it marked one of the first major international exhibitions attended alongside Prima Electro, the Italian power electronics specialist that recently joined the Group.
The event provided an opportunity to showcase the complementary expertise of both companies and reinforce a shared ambition: building a leading European electronics partner capable of supporting customers from design to manufacturing for the most demanding industrial applications.
A Strategic Presence in the Heart of Power Electronics
As Europe’s premier exhibition and conference for power electronics, PCIM is where innovation meets industrial reality. Engineers, technology leaders, OEMs and industrial decision-makers gather each year to discover the latest advances in power conversion, embedded electronics, electrification and intelligent energy management.
For Synov and Prima Electro, participating in PCIM was a natural step. The exhibition offered an ideal platform to engage with customers and partners facing increasingly complex technological challenges, from industrial automation and railway systems to energy infrastructure, medical devices and critical embedded applications.
Combining Expertise to Deliver Greater Value
The recent integration of Prima Electro into Synov Group represents a significant milestone in the Group’s European growth strategy.
