PCBA manufacturing: precision as standard
A product’s performance begins with the integrity of its circuit board. Our high-speed SMT assembly lines and THT processes are controlled to ensure optimum precision. Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and X-ray inspection are more than just checks; they are steps that guarantee the integrity of every solder joint and the placement of every component, ensuring a sound and reliable foundation for your product.
Wiring and assembly: reliability in every connection
A system is only as reliable as its weakest link. That’s why we place such critical importance on the manufacture of harnesses and sub-assemblies. Automated cutting and crimping, combined with 100% electrical testing, ensures that there is no single point of failure in your product’s nervous system.
Protection and finishing: resilience in critical environments
A product has to survive the real world. Our protection processes are designed to meet the specific constraints of your operating environments. Low-pressure overmolding (Hotmelt), tropicalizing varnishing or resining are not finishes; they are engineering solutions that guarantee sealing, vibration resistance and corrosion protection.
